If you have logged in to our DSC web site before (https://support.dialogic.com), the same login will work to access the DSC. If you have never logged in before, we have created an account for you, but you will have to reset your password before login (click ‘Login’ from the top of the page and select ‘I Forgot’)

All open tickets have been migrated to the new tool. Historical tickets logged over the past two years will be available

You will start receiving emails from support@dialogic.com with updates on your tickets, so please white-list this address to avoid missing important updates

To open a ticket, simply send an e-mail to support@dialogic.com, and it will be automatically logged in the system
